Orders received by 1pm will be despatched the same day subject to stock availability. If you have a specific date by which you must have your wine please specify it in the "Special Instructions" field at the Checkout or just call/email us and we'll sort it out.This delivery timeframe is valid for EU countries. It may also take longer to deliver to remote areas. One more day if you need the wines in no EU country or USA or Canada. To Asia, Australia, New Zealand we need two more days.
You will receive an email dispatch notification from our specialist courier company who will confirm you order has been dispatched and give you a tracking number and URL through which you can track your delivery.In the Special Instructions at the Checkout you can also specify any special delivery instructions such as where to leave the wine if you're out or which neighbour to contact. Just let us know and we"ll try to do what you ask. Very helpfull is a daytime phone number or a mobil number, in case where the courier can’t find the adress, or can’t find you.
